We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes for certain oversized or high-value items. International shipping may be introduced in the future; any updates will be posted on this page.
2. Free Shipping
Free shipping is available on qualifying U.S. orders over $50 (before taxes and after discounts), as advertised on our store. Free shipping applies to standard delivery only. Expedited shipping options, if available, may incur additional charges displayed at checkout.
3. Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
- During peak seasons (e.g., holidays, sales events), processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you of any significant delays.
- You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order ships.
4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after shipment:

- Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days (where available)

6. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (when provided by the carrier). You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
8. Delivery Issues
Lost packages: If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, check with household members and neighbors, then contact the carrier. If unresolved within 7 days, contact us at support@lazy99.shop.
Damaged packages: If your package arrives damaged, take photos of the packaging and product and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Incorrect address: Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes after shipment may not be possible.
9. Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately at no additional cost to you. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment when applicable.
