1. Return Window
You may request a return within 30 calendar days of the delivery date shown on your tracking confirmation. Requests received after this period cannot be accepted except where required by applicable consumer law.
2. Eligible Returns
We accept returns when all of the following apply:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging
- The product is in resalable condition with all labels and documentation included
- You provide your order number and proof of purchase
- The return is approved by our customer support team before shipment
3. Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Products that have been opened, used, or removed from sealed packaging
- Products not stored or returned according to any storage instructions provided
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper storage
- Products purchased during final clearance or marked as non-returnable
- Orders where customs or import regulations prevent return shipment
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including original shipping costs where the error was ours.
5. How to Request a Return

- Wait for written return authorisation and return shipping instructions
- Ship the approved item(s) to the address we provide
Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, or damage in transit), you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
7. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed as follows:
- PayPal payments: refunded to your PayPal account
- Card payments (Stripe): refunded to the original card used at checkout
- Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval; your bank or PayPal may take additional time to post the credit
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Any promotional discounts applied to the order will be reflected in the refund amount.
8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the eligible item for a refund (per this policy) and place a new order.
9. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us immediately. Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies. If cancellation is requested after payment but before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
10. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you have a concern about your order, please contact us first so we can resolve it promptly. Filing a chargeback or PayPal dispute without contacting us may delay resolution. We cooperate with PayPal and Stripe in accordance with their dispute policies.
